Parker Chase joins SKS (Southern Karting Specialists) with Tony Tesoro and Arrow Karts for the 2012 Florida Winter Tour. Parker will compete for the first time in Florid Winter Tour in an Arrow with Vortex MiniROK prepared by Ogden Engines.
